Product Return Eligibility
Customers may return most new, unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Customers are responsible for all return costs. This includes any duties, taxes, and fees for international orders. Refund amounts will be for the cost of the products returned. Any shipping costs paid to RollEaseParts.com are non-refundable, including any sales tax collected.
Motorization: Generally, motorization products are non-returnable. If you have ordered the wrong motorization product (such as motors, remotes, hubs, chargers, etc), immediately call for authorization to return it within 3 business days of receiving the shipment. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and a refund of the product price will be issued after the item is received and inspected. The product must be in new condition with no installation marks, missing parts, or modifications.
Custom/Cut to Size: Items that have been cut to size such as tubes, chain etc, are non-returnable. If the product to be returned is a kit, the entire kit must be returned to be eligible for a refund.
Incorrect Product(s)
If you ordered the wrong product: Don’t panic, simply return the order for a refund at your expense. Then go ahead and order the correct product by placing a new order separate from the return.
We do not process exchanges. If a different item is required, the buyer must return the eligible unwanted item(s) and place a new order for the desired item(s).
If you received the wrong product: Incorrect or defective items received must be reported within 72 hours or 3 days of product delivery to be eligible for correction or replacement. If what you received is not what you ordered, send a photo via email to support@RollEaseParts.com. Upon verification of an incorrect or defective item, we will provide an RMA (return label) via email for you to return the item(s) to us. Do not ship the item yourself, we do not reimburse shipping costs for incorrect/defective parts returned to us without an RMA.
All items to be returned must be returned in the condition they were received. Any alterations to the product received may void return eligibility.

Product Color Variation Disclaimer
Due to manufacturer offerings and high volume sales, dye lots will not be guaranteed across product lines. Returns will not be accepted due to variations in dye lot.
Return Processing Period
Customers should expect to receive refunds for eligible returned items within 3-4 weeks of submitting the package to the return shipper. In many cases, customers will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
